  Frustrating: given wrong information on how long it would be for a take out order to be ready to pick up-much longer than they said. Then the order was incorrect so another wait & the mgr was extremely rude when I wasn't happy about it. Also very expensive-a basic ham & pineapple medium pizza over $28. I will not waste money at BP Cranbrook again. Tried to give No Star but couldn't.

  The food was consistent but our service was not impressive. The girl forgot our appie and was too focused on her boyfriend at the bar then tending to our table. Considering the lounge was empty better service should have been provided

  Nice comfortable place and service is good. However my order is often incorrect. Seems to be communication problem between waitress / waiter and kitchen. I have come to expect but I am not a regular. Perhaps just bad luck. Good to get out of heat or cold and they do have Wi-Fi.

  Very Disappointed they got rid of $10 meal deals for lunch!!! But food and service is really good. Love their quesadilla and ceasar salad.
